Hypnosis, a two-way interaction, is a key technique for mind control and self-control.

A long discussion on hypnosis, to which this work is dedicated, shows that it be a wide range of phenomena with different levels of trance. Hypnosis is only a form, not necessarily the best, of suggestion and conditioning. It needs to be continuously adapted both to the hypnotizer and to the hypnotised.

By hypnosis, and its various forms, it is possible to change the patient history, so to change the patient’s personality. The hypnotiser can use hypnosis for therapeutic purposes but also for evil ones.

For instance, one can remove anxieties, or negative conditioning, but also to introduce them. Science always has different faces. It may be used for different purposes.

The subject is healed in hypnosis, not by hypnosis, not by the simple fact of being hypnotized. So, when the subject is hypnotized, the therapist needs to know what to do for healing the subject.

Whether other people total control be possible, by hypnosis, is presented as a disputable and disputed matter. However, the answer finally is positive.

It may not be easy. In some case, it may be necessary to use narcotics. Finally, the total manipulation, even for criminal purposes, of a subject is generally possible.

It is question of techniques may or may not be adequate for achieving that goal. The absolute not manipulability of a subject may eventually be an exception, not the rule.
