Letter from Lhasa, number 247. President Giorgio Napolitano, just a jabbering demagogue

President Giorgio Napolitano is playing his usual old game: to accuse everybody for presenting him as the only solution for whatever problem.
He accuses now the formal government of not knowing how dealing with the financial and fiscal crises. He accuses the oppositions of the same ineptitude and inaptitude.
In Italy, 75% of the current expenditure is covered by public debt. Taxation is at 55% GNP. The economy is obviously depressed, also because that 55% GNP taxation is a taxation for corruption, waste and predation, not for providing real services. Italy has not anymore any real competitiveness in whatever advanced sector.
Now, President Giorgio Napolitano is accusing everybody (actually only the political world, not the bureaucratic-oligarchic predatory complex expressed him and uses the comprador Quirinale as its main institution) and claims that the political world must find a solution to that 120% GNP public debt.
There would be only a real solution, for suppressing the public debt and for relaunching a paralysed economy and society: to immediately cut 75% of the current expenditure, which now is pure wastes, corruptions and predations.
The Quirinale, with now its President of the Republic and of the CSM (the judiciary) Giorgio Napolitano, would not allow it. It is the main institutional tutor of bureaucratic and oligarchic wastes, corruptions and predations. It has always used and is using its Secret Police corps, with annexed judiciary, for devastation institutions, economy, society and for preserving and expanding bureaucratic and oligarchic wastes, corruptions and predations. Obviously, it controls the media in a totalitarian way, so that it can disguise everything and deceive everybody.
President Giorgio Napolitano is the problem!
The Quirinale is the problem!
Not the solution!
